You will reap the benefits of massage if it becomes a regular part of your life. My goal is for us to work together to take better care of your health, long-term. At our new location, with like minded professionals, relaxation is key. If you are in needs of pain relief but I cannot assist you there are therapists and an esthetician on site that I can put you in contact with.
Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
Massage is a tool to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness, or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. I would be honored to take that journey with you.
Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Sanare means to heal in Latin and Italian, so the goal at Sanare Massage is to find the massage that heals you best by working on the muscles.
Clients are welcome, and encouraged, to ask questions and get to know more about their treatment and what is going on with their muscles.

As a former classical ballet, modern, and jazz dancer I love movement. I started dancing at age 4 and continued on until I was 18 when I had my daughter in 2006. I love what I do, I have always wanted to help people and initially the plan was to go into teaching or something along that line. However I know myself and discovered (thanks to my mom pointing it out) that I would have burned out too fast trying to take care of everyone, giving too much of myself away to my students. I knew, when it came down to it, that I needed something that incorporated helping others and some kind of movement.
I feel that stretching and massage go hand in hand. I tend to work in the deeper spectrum but am just as happy to work to whatever level of pressure you, as a client, would like to experience. I have been a Registered Massage Practitioner (RMP) since 2009
I found my calling one day when I was giving my mom a foot massage, she didn’t wake up until I had painted all of her toe nails and half of her fingernails.
